New underground/dimension village type?

We should get a new villger type to Minecraft.. because I think the game lacks life that are smart. Every time I play I really get annoyed that villages are the only place that you feels like a place to maintain or be a part of make like village kingdoms or underground villages that gives  the game more life. This will greatly help the survival experience but obviously has to rare to feel like a hard find.
