Waterlogged Plants

I have 11k Hours on Minecraft
I Specialize in Terrain Building.

I'm not asking for new Blocks, But as it stands About a Quarter of the Plants can be Water Logged and Break inside of water. Even when using Force place You cannot put the Plants Inside of water.

Having the Ability to Water Log Tall grass and Flowers would be Revolutionary for Terrain. My Current Set up is Using Waxed Oze Copper bars and Brown Candles for Cattails. Waterlogged Dripleafs, Lilypads, Kelp and Sea Grass. it doesn't have the Density of the Wetlands W/O grass
