Old baby mobs textures and version number

Bring back all old baby mobs textures and sounds to what they used to be before 26.1 and make version number back to 1.x.x , keep other things added just bring back the textures and version number like 1.21.12 1.21.13 1.22

    Dude, it wasn't very good before version 26.1, but now it's awesome!
