Hi Minecraft Team,
I am writing to propose a single, ultimate solution that would benefit both long-time players and Mojang/Microsoft's revenue.
Instead of separating old versions, my suggestion is to merge ALL Legacy Console Editions (PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, etc.) and the original Pocket Edition into ONE unified "Classic Edition" title, sold as a paid download or add-on on modern platforms.
This single Classic Edition would feature:
1. The iconic legacy UI, mini-games (Battle, Tumble, Glide), and nostalgic features all in one place.
2. A single paid package that generates a brand-new revenue stream for Microsoft.
3. Zero need for constant updates—it can be sold "as-is" to celebrate Minecraft's legacy.
Combining all legacy versions into one classic package is a win-win for both Microsoft and the veteran community.
Thank you for considering this!
