Bring back end void rings

Bug with void rings in the end, give them BACK

    Mojang/Microsoft should stop sanitising Minecraft by getting rid of its quiks. If it becomes bland, i could just play any other voxel sandbox

    Bring Back the End Rings, thats the purpose of getting the Elytra to be able to travel across the end rings

    The end rings are the only reason for significant infrastructure build / cooperation in the End late game. It had no impact on the early game desolation of the End, but incentivized a concerted effort to actually tame the End late game for large scale builds etc. 

    If this was about parity with Bedrock, it would be more interesting and fitting to add this dimensional generation feature to Bedrock
