Minecraft's own skin creator app for custom skins for all platforms

Wouldn't it be great to have an official minecraft custom skin creator? I don't know about you but to me this sounds great. Instead of using a crappy app that barely works or that doesn't makes sense, you could just have an official one that works for all platforms AND can be transferred form device to device. This would make minecraft much more fun. I don't wanna judge but the minecraft custom skin maker doesn't give you many options, and if you're like me that plays on console you know the struggle of finding or creating a skin. How this would work is basically having an official app on ur phone, being able to edit it pixel by pixel and being able to transfer it to ur console or just have it on ur phone, and for PC players it could just be an official website. In my opinion it really is a struggle, for me it just makes the experience less fun, I'm trying to become a minecraft content creator and since I play on console I really can't have my own image, which makes it just frustrating. Thanks for reading. I really hope minecraft takes good consideration to this issue. Have a good day

A menu in all platforms to transfer or create custom made skins would be a great idea
