The Creaking Eye and Creaking Star potion

I have an Idea for a new use of the Creaking! The Creaking Eye! It is used how the Creaking works! Basically, if you hold it in one of your hands, all mobs that you look at stop in their tracks with a 10 second cooldown after 30 seconds of staring, kinda like Medusas head! It can also be eaten in which you gain the Creaking Stars effect and a 25% chance for Night Vision! The Creaking Stars is a negative effect in which if a mob spots you and looks right at you, you freeze and can only build, eat, fight, and shoot! The eye can also be made into a splash potion! In which gives mobs the Creaking Stars to stop them in their tracks without taking up an inventory slot/offhand! Not only that, it should also be used for PvP! If one player has it and looks at a player, they have time to kill them! And if placed down, and used with Redstone, can make a kill stasis chamber! Thanks Mojang for listening!
