magic wand (handheld crafting table)

Allows players to craft with 9 squares while held in hand. Can be held in off hand. 

made from various materials affecting durability. (sticks and cores like harry potter) . good cores are from precious items like echo shard. low durability cores made from items like golden dandelion.
