New Loom Tab

The newest update, adding all the new wool blocks, gave me an idea for the loom. Functionally, it should be similar to the stonecutter and let players turn wool blocks into the carpets and the new varieties like slabs, stairs, maybe cushions, at small quantities but also allow players to reduce a wool block to 4 string. Maybe it could even produced dyed string, which might be fun for building. (think lasers or something)
