Add Java 1.9+ Combat Mechanics and Improve Bedrock Performance

Hi, Mojang team!

Thank you for your hard work developing Minecraft over the years. I'd like to offer some suggestions that I believe could improve the gameplay experience, particularly in Minecraft Bedrock Edition.

I hope Bedrock Edition will have combat mechanics more similar to Java Edition 1.9+, such as attack cooldowns, a shield mechanism that can be held by pressing the right mouse button (RMB), and other combat mechanics to make the game feel more strategic and provide a more consistent experience across both editions.

Furthermore, I hope Bedrock Edition continues to receive performance optimizations, especially for devices with older or low-end specifications. While Bedrock already performs well compared to many other games, there's still room for improvements in CPU, GPU, and memory usage efficiency so more players can enjoy the game smoothly.
