Please fix the boat camera

When you're driving a boat and you want to look around.The camera is locked at like one eighty degrees.And when you turn it becomes super choppy.So it would be very nice to simply fix it.And allow you to look around all the way and make it a lot smoother, that would be very nice.Thank you
