Update the LocaterBar Colors

Hey

I think the locator bar color shold be random on every server u join instead of always being tied to ur UUID.

Rn if u dont like ur color ur just stuck with it forever, and theres litrally nothing u can do. I got a color I dont really like and its kinda annoying knowing its gonna be the same on every server no matter what.

I think a better system would be if every server gave u a random color the first time u joined. That color could stay the same on that server, but be diffrent on other servers. It would make players feel more uniqe and make the locator bar look way more interesting. U would also see a lot more color variety instead of the same ppl always having the same color everywhere.

Servers that use team colors, ranks, events, or custom waypoint colors could still overide it if they want, so this wouldnt break anything. It would only be the default behavior when the server doesnt set a color.

I dont think this would affect gameplay at all, it would just be a nice QOL feature and add a bit more personality to each server. Ik its a small thing but I think a lot of ppl would like it.
