Painting Easel: Create your own paintings

Minecraft already has brushes, paper, dyes, and paintings. So why can't we create our own?

I suggest adding a Painting Easel. It could be crafted mainly from sticks, similar to an armor stand. You could place paper on the easel as a canvas and use dyes to paint on it. Players could mix the 16 Minecraft dyes to create many different shades and colors. This would allow players to create detailed paintings and pixel art directly in Minecraft.

Extra Idea:

A separate block called the Color Mixer could also be added. Players could combine dyes to create custom colors. It could even include a color picker where players can enter a hex color code (for example #00AEEF). The Color Mixer would then show the best combination of the 16 Minecraft dyes needed to create the closest possible color.
