Usefulness of paper.

Paper now is kind of useless. What about adding use in it? We could make notes (paper and quil), and if we place them in item frames it would work like map (show the text). We can use noteblock as a fuel. Why not to use paper as a fuel too? And add block of paper (we can use it as fuel and more space in inventory), block of maps (same thing as block of paper but empty maps). I think it's a good idea!
