The Minecraft bedrock on the first Switch was pretty bad, all things considered. There isn't a Switch 2 edition yet, but what's honestly the point of bringing us the vibrant visuals if the Switch 2 is running a Minecraft that's poorly optimized? Minecraft Bedrock is notorious for its inconsistency of quality. Bedrock runs better on my $100 phone than both my $500 consoles. Even my $1200 gaming pc with a RTX 3060 has trouble running with vibrant visuals. Bedrock is poorly optimized and it'd be better to just rerelease the Legacy Editions than port another poorly optimized version of Minecraft. It's also so difficult to play with friends crossplatform, so what's even the point of Bedrock? I have to pay for wifi to pay an online service just to pay again to play with friends on a realm. 9 years later and people are still calling it "Bugrock." I'm just frustrated because I can't buy the switch legacy edition of minecraft, because even though the switch 2 can play bedrock better than the switch 1, it's not the better version of minecraft.
