Bedrock pearl Chunkloader

I know Bedrock is meant to optimized, you don't want to load chunk you don't need, but it would be impossible anyway to make ender pearl stasis by accident, make it load chunk, and player can decided whether they want to make it but sacrificed their ram storage, or just decide if they don't want to make it. Orr, I have another suggestion, make it in the game setting, so player with low end device can turn off "ender pearl load chunk", and player who have good device can turn them on, please.
