Add “Echo Blocks” to Ruins & Shipwrecks

This idea came from my 6-year-old son, a Minecraft superfan and hobby paleontologist:

Introduce a rare block found in shipwrecks, ocean ruins, and collapsed temples. When a player brushes or activates it, it triggers a 5–10 second silent “echo” sequence showing a moment from the location’s past e.g. a ship sinking in a storm, a temple collapsing into ruin, or (near fossils) a prehistoric creature being buried and becoming a fossil. He would love to discover what happened to the "lost places" in minecraft.
