Make the Ender Dragon fight a mid game boss instead of end game

The Ender Dragon is pretty known to be a little boring to fight especially if you've done it a couple times before. At this point in Minecraft, the Ender Dragon feels more like another obstacle just to get an Elytra. The end game credits should be at the end of a totally different fight. Maybe once the new dimension is released there could be a boss that is the new end game boss fight.
