Add volumetric 3D storm clouds for Bedrock Edition (Vibrant Visuals)

Hello Mojang Team,I really love the new "Vibrant Visuals" (Deferred Technical Preview) on Xbox and Bedrock. However, the current clouds are still very flat.I would love to see advanced volumetric 3D storm clouds in the future—similar to popular Java weather mods (like ProtoManly's Weather Mod). When a thunderstorm hits, the clouds should roll, look like dense smoke, and form realistic, rotating supercells and tornado funnels.Please give community creators the tools and shader APIs to code and render these physics-based, threatening cloud structures on Bedrock and consoles. Thank you!
