Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Enderman Head with Redstone Functionality

Endermen should drop their head when killed by a charged Creeper, just like other mobs with collectible heads. When the Enderman Head is placed, looking directly into its eyes would make it scream like a real Enderman. While it is screaming, it should emit a Redstone signal. This would allow players to build unique eye-contact Redstone contraptions and give the Enderman Head a special use instead of being only decorative.
