Leashed mobs should increase his step height so they dont get stuck

When the mobs u are transporting using leads they always get stuck in 1 block jumps, so i did find that is bc they dont jump at the correct time so if you make them have higher step height they automaticaly get across the block, this little change will help a LOT to moving difrent mobs because you dont have to wait to their path finding do all the work
