Fruits, Orchards, and New Recipes

What would you like to see added?

Add new cultivable fruits to Minecraft, including the ability to grow apple trees from seeds obtained from apples.

It would also be interesting to add other fruit trees and foods made from those fruits.

Why would you like to see this added?

Minecraft currently has very few fruit-based crops and processed foods compared to the variety of farming activities available in the game.

New fruits would increase the variety of farms, builds, and playstyles, especially for players who enjoy agriculture, cooking, trading, and peaceful gameplay.

In addition, fruit trees would make the world feel more alive and visually diverse.

How would you like it to work?

Apples could be crafted into apple seeds.

Apple seeds could be planted to grow apple trees.

New fruits could be found or cultivated in specific biomes.

Fruits could be used to create:

• Pies
• Juices
• Jams
• Dyes

Special foods used to tame certain animals.

Some processed foods could be sold to villagers for more emeralds than their raw ingredients, encouraging farming and cooking as alternative progression paths.

This suggestion is not intended to replace existing survival mechanics, but to expand the options available for players who enjoy farming, cooking, building, and peaceful playstyles.
