Character cleanliness

My 7 years old son suggested I come to you with the idea of an ability for characters to clean themselves. Suggested idea: - possibility to remove our clothes for washing - a barrel item for washing off ourselves - a cleanliness bar telling us when we are getting too dirty - possibility to wash our clothes in a stream - possibility to dry our clothes for a few seconds laying down on the sun with a drying time bar - possibility to wash ourselves in a stream or well item/area?
