Map arttttt

Hey I'd like a way to import ether a photo or a mod to make mapart easy for people who don't have time to spend learning, and executeing it. I don't realy mind how it's implemented but it's frustrating to not know how to do map art and want a cool map. Thanks ether way and have a great day!
