In the current Minecraft PvP, axes, swords, and bows have all received significant buffs when attacking items. Swords and axes now come in different textures, but shields are still just a single plank of wood. To address the issue of shields having only one version and no attack damage, I've decided to introduce the concept of two-handed shields and their various textures. Two-handed shields: When using a two-handed shield, your off-hand slot will be occupied. This means you'll have both offensive and defensive capabilities, but you won't be able to use items like the Totem of Undying. There are two ways to use it: First, when you attack with your shield, the damage is increased by 1 compared to a sword of the same texture. The second attack method is a charge, When you sprint while attacking with a two-handed shield The damage you take from your target will be equal to the damage dealt by a sword of the same material plus 3. However, this attack method isn't without its advantages. You can only use it to attack targets within three squares. Also, when you're sprinting and holding a shield, you'll lose one unit of satiety per minute. (Due to word count limitations, please see my next post.)
