Creative Banners

I think banners should have more uses. Here are the main ideas I had for updating banners:

• Banners could be placed on boats, like a sail or maybe a pirate flag!
• Banners can be hanged from the bottom of blocks like bunting.
• Banners can have a new "Horizontal Paly" design ▤ (aka barry)
• Banners can have a new "Spiral" design 🌀 (aka gurges or meander)
• Banners can have a new gradient design but sideways
• Banners can have a new "Lozengery" design (like a pattern of multiple lozenges)
• Being able to put up banners sideways like a flag, and being able to raise and lower it on a fence or pole?
• Changing banner patterns max limit from 6 to 8?

Why this is a good update:

This update would allow more creativity when it comes to banners. Also banners are actually used on ships and boats to communicate!

How I want this update:

Maybe a smaller drop or an addition to another update?
