Enable and disable sitting on Cushions

In survival mode just click a cushion with shears to disable sitting, preventing anything from being able to sit on it, until it's re-enabled by using shears on it again or breaking and replacing it. with commands it can be permanently disabled.

    I would be fine if it only worked with commands but I would really like this to be an option in some capacity. They are too good at decorating to be forced to let players sit on them.
