Fletching table use

The fletching table should have a anvil-alike page Where you put your bow (or a crossbow) in a slot and then a tripped arrow in other slot so that bow uses that ONLY tipped arrow. And also a naming tab (like the anvil) so we can name it like *strength bow* or *weakness bow* for buffs to our teammates and debuffs for our opponents
