I Propose A New, Rare Enchantment Called Glimmering Hope It That Can Be Applied To All Armor Pieces. This Enchantment Acts As A Dynamic Light Source And A Night-Time Survival Tool, Scaling In Power Across 4 Tiers.
Glimmering hope I: emits a small radius of light around the player in dark areas (similar to a soul torch).
Glimmering hope II: expands the light radius to match a standard torch.
Glimmering hope III: increases the light radius to maximum brightness (similar to a glowstone block).
Glimmering hope IV: (EXTREMELY RARE) retains the maximum light radius. Additionally, during the night cycle, it grants a very slow passive regeneration effect (healing half a heart every few seconds) and slowly restores the hunger bar by 1 unit (half a drumstick) per minute.
to encourage players to collect full sets of this armor, the light effects stack across different pieces! Wearing multiple pieces of armor with lower tiers of glimmering hope will combine their levels to create a wider, brighter radius around the player. Because this enchantment is so powerful, it requires a significantly higher amount of experience levels to apply.
Furthermore, to prevent it from being too overpowered, you cannot upgrade this enchantment on an existing piece of armor. For example: if your leggings have glimmering hope I, you cannot use an anvil to combine 2 glimmering hope 1 for a glimmering hope 2 to get a higher level you must get a new armor piece or remove the old enchantment first.
