Upgrading netherite tools to have unique ability for faster and better use

For tools like netherite to be able to have unique abilities for better efficiency example the netherite pickaxe to have a hidden ability like (3x3 when mining,vein mining ), for the netherite axe like (instant chopping of wood,throwable axe ), for the shovel like(5x5 mining for clearing terain, compacting snow like hitting the top of the snow to level as needed ) no suggestions for the hoe sorry but for the netherite sword like( 1.fast cut damage 12 cuts per uses , which accelerates the cutting and damaging mobs faster but uses stamina while using this ability, which will also make the player slow and not being able to use the sword for 5 seconds, 2.To have a unique curse effect on mobs and players when hit and the effect to be random like burnt, frost, decay, poison paralysis(stop movement and drop item), but having a 34% chances of inflicting these effects and mojang I would like that these upgrades will be as a default mechanism in the game (not as mods) I assure u that players will like these upgrades as it will make netherite be one of the best and efficient tools in the game
