In the nether there's two fungus forests, one that provides crimson wood and one that provides blue wood. Well, there should be another forest in the nether that has green fungus trees. It's better to have this biome in the nether than the overworld because green wood is very unnatural looking so it'd only seem best fit to have it in an unnatural world. The area would look like a warped forest, but the ground would be sickly green and blanketed in big green fungus. Players would want to go there to get the new wood set, to collect saplings, and for completeness of Nether Exploration. This biome stands out because it's differently colored than other nether biomes and harbors a new type of wood that currently doesn't exist.
In Minecraft Legends there's a mob called the Seeker, and it'd be great to have it in this green tree nether biome because it would essentially be the creeper but in the nether and give this biome an interesting threat profile that fits its theme. This game drop idea, if added, would provide a fun mob for combat, new green wood to fill out the wood color palette, and a new biome to explore in. It would also show players that the Nether and Minecraft Legends are not forgotten.
