Cushions on the bed allow you to sleep near monsters

Two cushions placed on the bed resemble a comfortable blanket, so the player feels safe and can sleep through the night, even if there are monsters nearby.

    I think sleeping near monsters should always be possible, as it should depend on whether the monster can actively follow or reach you.

    honestly, i think this should also be possible on the straw bed, and prevent the mobs from seeing you unless they trip on you!

    How does this make sense to a new player?
    How is it better than simply allowing you to sleep through even with monsters around? Maybe you should just be able to sleep as long as they can't pathfind towards you.

    How do monsters react when you sleep on a bed with cushions? They just, don't see you? Even though you're still in plain sight?
    And are you really sure it seems like a good idea?  I mean, at this point, people will just start putting cushions on their beds without really knowing it does anything, and not everyone will really get that "cushions = comfort = sleep with monsters nearby". I definitely didn't understand it.
