Java building tech

When you are trying to build while strafing sideways on a wall facing you, the block placement while holding right click is just too fast so you get random 2 block tall pillars along your strip. I think there should be a feature that can make it so block placing can match the speed you are moving, even if you have speed buffs. This feature should be able to be turned off or on in the game menu.
