Add Burnt Forests to Minecraft

This biome would be a very rare biome with lava pools and wildfires common in it. Instead of trees there would be tree stumps made of burnt oak wood. There would be a new structure called a burnt hut, these would be found inside those random lava pools, not visible from land, because of this, to get a chest you have to attempt doing it from land or burn out the lava. Ruined portals would be common in this biome, and this biome is always dark, but not always night due to smoke filling the air. Villages can be found in this biome made of burnt oak wood, but there is also an abandoned version too.
