NBT tag for Cushions to stop checking if position is valid for tech. usages

I was trying to let cushion ride a cow (using the power of commands of course) to simulate a sit on that cow, but it always drop itself after a few seconds.
It might be good to have an NBT tag that can disable valid position check for Cushions (and Item Frames, Paintings, maybe even Leash Knots???)
