Redstone and natural energy rework

My thoughts for redstone: we require more synthetic ways to power our contraptions. My Proposed Idea, what if we had more beyond sound, light, weight, observation. Like cold and warmth sensors. What if we, much like a enderchest. We had a ender-sensor that teleports a redstone signal from one place to another like a radio signal. My thoughts on these simple mechanics: if we had these it would revolutionize redstone.
