Fire Logging

Rather than fire appearing on the outside of fences, these would appear in the same block. Similar to how waterlogged blocks (and water itself) act as a source block and spread fire, firelogged blocks would place fire one block out from it's source. Solid blocks could be firelogged too, possibly giving them a new animated texture that shows them charring
