Goat horn is a Way to find Deep Dark Cities

The deep dark and its City are extremely rare and hard to find.

If that is, in fact, a portal in the deep dark city, we will definitely need a way to find it.

Goat horn gives off noise particle going in the direction of deep dark

Follow it, find deep dark

Much like stronghold/ender eye mechanic
