A lot of the old biomes in Minecraft (like the Taiga) have many different variations (old growth, mega taiga, other stuff I can't name cos I forgot). I think the modern biomes (the ones added post 1.20 like cherry grove and pale garden) should also have variations akin to the ones the old biomes have!
Here are some examples (they aren't good examples, but this is just to give an idea of what it could be):
Snowy Cherry Grove - since cherry groves often generate near cold areas with snow, maybe giving it a proper snow variation would be cool! There could even be different variations of the sakura trees.
Old Growth Dappled Forest - Similar to the other old growth biomes, it would have longer trees!
Pale Garden Island - Similar to the mushroom biome, while having the pale garden on land is cool, I think having a variation of the biome that generates isolated from everything else (like the mushroom island, but more common) would be amazing! The silent horror vibe the biome goes for gets instantly elevated, because imagine swimming in a vast ocean and suddenly finding a large pale garden island, with no other land in sight, as the sky slowly turns gray, LIKE wouldn't that be scarily cool?!
