Make minecarts faster

Minecarts in Minecraft used to be very good when they first came out, this was of course because they were very fast compared to other travel methods, and took zero hunger, but as time goes on, mojang adds very insane and fast travel methods, like the elytra, this makes minecarts completely irrelevant and not used anymore, it would mean a lot to everyone if they were just a bit faster, and finally made a bit more sense to use, thanks for reading my recommendation.
