Weather Rockets

Rockets are so cool, and on the 4th of July I saw an awesome Minecraft firework show. What I would like to see is some rockets that can make it rain, snow, or add a change to the sky like a beautiful aurora. I think the aurora alone could be a neat sky effect added to any specific biome just like snow and rain are kind of biome specific. I just think it would be a nice way to change the ambiance. Maybe put it on a 8 minute timer so it stays an ambience changing feature rather than a functional useful type of feature. As for the rocket, maybe some new powder is added to it or there are certain recipes you have to make. Like one cool one would be the skulk, and a skulk rocket turns the sky into the glowing skulk look for a certain time period. Thank you
