Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Lapis Lazuli rework

Lapis lazuli currently has very few uses: blue dye (obtainable from flowers), enchanting, as a decorative block for building and trimming the armor. I think it deserves more functions, as there's almost no reason to dig it up in large quantities.

Here are a few ideas:

  • New Lapis Lamps: Decorative blocks that emit a unique light.

  • Advanced Enchantments: Unlock new tiers of enchantment like Sharpness VI or Protection V by using in books that can be upgraded, like the reforging station,one new workbench made by Lapis (4 blocks of lapis) along with a special new 'Lapis Upgrade' item exclusive to get this new level of enchantment. One way to maybe proper enhance lapis in endgame.

  • New Tools: Exclusive tools or gear made of Lapis and already enchanted (one enchant random level 1) without enchanting in the first place.

  • Expanded Trading: Better villager trades involving Lapis.

  • New potion: Made of lapis, if you use it, you get more luck on enchanting table for example or give more XP if you kill a mob.

Maybe my idea is simply too modded for the base game vanilla, but i try to explain some of my idea, thank you.
