The fog horn and fog

at a hill near an osean there is a foghorn that is abandoned and if you get near it it might blow! under the horn there is a room with a door with a chest, the chest usually has some leather armor food and a bucket.the fog horn has a 60 present chanse of having a ship reck beside it.And most of the days you are near the fog horn there is a bunch of fog where you can barely see.
