Cut iron block, slab, and stairs

Add a cut iron block set, which looks like cut copper but for iron along with the slab and stair variants.

These blocks would be useful for builds where you're using iron blocks and you want to place slabs or stairs that match the iron blocks, and would make iron more versatile for building things like sloped roofs, staircases, and more.
