The current 320-block height limit in Minecraft is holding back a lot of creators. For those of us working on vertical-oriented projects and complex world generation, this boundary is way too restrictive.
I’m asking for a simple but essential setting in the world creation menu: an "Adjustable World Height" option. It should allow us to set a limit starting from 256 up to "Unlimited" or the maximum height the engine can handle.
Modern hardware can handle much more than the current 320 blocks, and this change would completely open up the potential for vertical map design. It’s not just about building higher; it’s about having the creative freedom to design massive, layered worlds that feel truly endless.
It’s time to move beyond the 320-block limit and let us decide the scale of our own worlds. Please consider adding this customization.
