Shrunken pumpkin skulls

I think carved pumpkins when left out should dry and become a shrunken pumpkin skull and I think you should be able to entice witches with it and when you mold it will a chest plate witches won't attack and i think it would be cool if it also made an undead potion that makes mobs think you are a zombie for a time frame and craft them with a bone to make a stake that encourages mobs to spawn and/or attracts mobs,
