New elytra breaking revamp

When you're flying your elytra out in an area far away from your home with all your resources and it breaks, leaving you there far, isn't that annoying? Many of people have encountered this issue in some way or sort. So instead of your elytra just going to 0 durability and not letting you fly it. Your elytra can fully break and drop "Elytra Fragments." And after breaking your Elytra you can get multiple fragments gurranteed: At least 3 Fragments (100%) 4 Fragments (40%) 5 Fragments (10%) 6 Fragments (5%) You can only get fragments from your elytra breaking. And you can craft and elytra with 8 fragments in the same way you would make a chest plate. This is to fix the fact that you need to complex steps of using xp bottles which are fairly rare unless you're far in and have mending which all is rare. And crafting is simple and doesn't take xp.
