Expose a player's operating system through the Script API

The Script API already exposes a player's InputMode. Exposing their operating system (such as Windows, Android, iOS, Xbox, or PlayStation) would allow creators to build better cross-platform experiences, improve platform-specific debugging and moderation, and aid with device-specific matchmaking or gameplay features. This could simply return an enumeration without exposing any additional device information, to preserve player privacy.
