Dappled Forest Mob Idea

With the upcoming dappled forest biome being added, I believe it would be an excellent time to add a new aviary mob to the game. This is an idea I’ve had for some time: the corvid. The corvid would come in three colors: black, blue and white. Each variant would have a different favorite food. I also believe this would be a good opportunity to add some new food items to the game, such as blackberries or blueberries. Feed a corvid their favorite food and they will “remember your face” and bring you “shiny things”, similar to the piglin bartering system. These shiny things could include gold or iron nuggets, amethyst shards or even diamonds. Corvids could also have positive relationships with wild wolves, leading them to sheep and other prey. This would mirror real-life relationships between gray wolves and ravens. I believe the corvid would make for an excellent early-game mob to encounter and add a lot of interest to the world in the long run. Please consider this mob.
