Weather (needs an update)

I think that Minecraft should have weather events such as tornados, blood moons, and tempest winds doing things such as tornados:moving blocks and increasing the chance for lightning to strike. Blood moons:causing mobs to spawn with enchanted wepons, gear, and effects. Tempest winds: spawning breezes and giving slowness or jump boost. new weather events like theese would be really fun to encounter and overcome.
